• Manage in-platform execution of paid search campaigns, with a focus on Google, Bing, SA360, including campaign setup, launch, QA, and ongoing optimizations.
• Monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights to improve results and inform client strategies.
• Support the media buying process by implementing campaign structures, tracking, and pacing against budgets.
• QA campaign setups and troubleshoot delivery issues to ensure flawless execution.
• Contribute to weekly performance reviews and reporting, highlighting key takeaways and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Kepler team members to align on best practices and share learnings across accounts.

Paid Search Specialist – Contract

SEO Marketing

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase qualified organic traffic, improve keyword rankings, and enhance search visibility for Kepler clients.
• Conduct competitor analyses to identify opportunities and threats.
• Perform keyword research and mapping; align recommendations with user intent, search volume, and business goals.
• Conduct technical audits and monitor site health (crawlability, indexability, site speed, mobile optimization); resolve issues flagged in Google Search Console.
• Provide actionable technical recommendations to development teams and manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, and schema markup.
• Create detailed SEO content briefs; optimize metadata, headers, body copy, and internal linking; identify content gaps and build topic cluster strategies.
• Prepare monthly reports on key SEO metrics (rankings, traffic, conversions) and deliver data-driven insights with clear next steps.
• Manage and optimize local listings via Google Business Profiles and listing management tools; ensure accurate business information and monitor local search performance.
• Work closely with Kepler’s SEO lead and client teams to deliver actionable strategies and measurable results; role is temporary through end of 2025, contract basis, 40 hours/week (EST-aligned).
