About the role

  • Lead the strategy and digital transformation, drive major IT systems projects and foster innovation.
  • Manage a department of around a dozen people across two teams.
  • Develop the company's digital and data culture.
  • Ensure the modernization of the company's information systems and the development of new IT projects.
  • Drive the internal innovation process together with the Executive Committee (CODIR).

Requirements

  • Engineering degree or equivalent (Master's level) with at least 10 years' experience in digital technology and IT projects.
  • Experience managing a team of similar size, overseeing complex projects, and familiarity with the public sector (local authorities) and shared mobility is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, strong organizational and planning skills, and client-focused.
