About the role
- The Operations Sustainability RSPO, EM & Deliver lead is responsible for managing site level RSPO activities and enabling sustainable practices with EM.
- You will also be responsible for leading sustainability efforts across the Deliver Value Chain.
- Oversee quality control processes and track key performance metrics.
- Enforce business policies to support cost-effective, sustainable and continuous operations.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies and monitoring frameworks for sustainability performance tracking across the supply chain.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing environmental impact.
- Champion stakeholder engagement by fostering partnerships with suppliers, regulatory bodies, and teams to manage sustainability goals.
- Provide leadership, training programs, and workshops to embed a sustainability culture within operational teams.
- Partner with Procurement, R&D & Quality to ensure alignment with sustainability strategies.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelors Degree
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field strongly preferred.
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in sustainability management, operations management, or environmental management systems.
- Proven expertise in implementing, managing, or working within RSPO certification frameworks and environmental management systems.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary or cross-functional teams and manage complex projects related to sustainability and operational excellence.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
