About the role
- Execute strategies and develop tactics that align with customer strategies to deliver shipment forecast, consumption, and share goals.
- Collaborate with both internal and external partners to devise mutually profitable business plans.
- Develop and maintain relationships at the customer level to drive growth through key category platforms and initiatives.
- Responsible for new item execution including speed to market targets, shipment forecast and consumption goals within assigned area.
- Manage trade funds within budget and analyze promotional spending to maximize ROI.
- Participate in special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
- A minimum of 8 years business experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in a consumer package goods environment in sales, sales analytics, category management, shopper marketing/insights, or related field required.
- Ability to prioritize and to effectively lead multiple projects/initiatives.
- Ability to interpret and communicate sophisticated business data.
- Ability to handle conflict and negotiate successfully.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
- Strong digital literacy, including MS Office Suite applications, sales database, and web applications is required.
