About the role
- Track, review, and verify project deliverables against scope, schedule, and quality criteria.
- Ensure each delivery is properly formatted, approved, and documented before submission.
- Maintain a centralized repository of deliverables and version control.
- Conduct quality check on content, data, and documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with standards.
- Support the implementation of quality control checklist and review protocols.
- Identify quality issues and collaborate with project teams to correct them prior to delivery.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance deliverable quality and efficiency.
- Document lessons learned and contribute to refining templates workflows, and QA processes.
- Coordinate with project managers, technical leads, and subject matter experts to validate deliverable readiness.
- Prepare quality review reports, metrics, and dashboards for leadership.
- Assist in audits or compliance reviews as required.
- Support the larger PMO team as needed.
Requirements
- - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Quality Management, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- - 2 or more years of experience in quality assurance, project coordination, document control and or a related field.
- - Experience with remote, multi-disciplinary teams.
- - Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- - Excellent written and verbal communications.
- - Basic understanding of quality assurance principles and documentation standards.
- - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio).
- - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Clearance requirement:
- - US Citizen or Green card holder.
- - Willing and able to get a Public Trust clearance.
