About the role
- Full responsibility for the plant’s P&L and overall plant performance
- Work with plant leaders to develop and drive operating objectives
- Develop and manage operational and capital budgets
- Promote a culture of accountability and team work within the plant
- Lead and exemplify the culture of safe manufacturing
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will possess operations leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience leading lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- A minimum of 15 years of technical manufacturing experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar technical field
- Production leadership experience with at least two layers of management structure
