About the role
- lead the response for RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs
- be the central point for Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Legal
- oversee the creation of technical solutions and executive summaries
- help prepare and deliver bid presentations to customers
- lead debriefs to figure out what worked, what didn’t, and how we win the next one
Requirements
- 5+ years in bid management, proposal writing, or project management
- Ability to translate engineering specs into clear, persuasive documents
- Proven track record of hitting hard deadlines with multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and proposal tools (SharePoint, etc.)
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in the EV charging industry or a PMP certification
