About the role

  • Manage our ATS, own the interview scheduling, and coach our hiring managers and interview teams.
  • Lead the administration of our health, wellbeing, and retirement plans.
  • Manage our HRIS, ensuring 100% data integrity for payroll, compliance, and reporting.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, specifically in recruitment operations and benefits administration.
  • SHRM/PHR certification preferred.
  • Experience building interview scorecards and managing end-to-end ATS workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA) and analytical skills for compensation benchmarking.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and looking for a role that will challenge you to grow into an HR Manager.
