About the role
- Manage our ATS, own the interview scheduling, and coach our hiring managers and interview teams.
- Lead the administration of our health, wellbeing, and retirement plans.
- Manage our HRIS, ensuring 100% data integrity for payroll, compliance, and reporting.
- Design a "wow" onboarding experience and serve as a steady point of contact for employee inquiries.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, specifically in recruitment operations and benefits administration.
- SHRM/PHR certification preferred.
- Experience building interview scorecards and managing end-to-end ATS workflows.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA) and analytical skills for compensation benchmarking.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and looking for a role that will challenge you to grow into an HR Manager.
