Requirements
- 7+ years of experience working in a professional environment in a similar position
- 3+ years of experience in the insurance industry preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role preferred
- Curious problem solver who enjoys answering ambiguous questions and providing relevant recommendations for improvement
- Advanced skills with Tableau or Power BI to use data to tell a comprehensive story and allow self-directed guided user driven analysis
- Python or R or other programming language
- SQL to query relational databases
- Ability to apply descriptive analytics to analyze data and validate assumptions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to partner with business stakeholders
- Dynamic leadership capabilities to set a forward-looking vision for team and establish development plans to achieve needed outcomes
- Ability to coordinate a large portfolio of work
- Experience with process improvement principles are a plus
