About the role
- Establishing and builds strong, senior level client relationships with key account
- Responsible for coordinating the account (including managing service and application costing)
- Develop profitable business with designated account(s) and retain and intensify long-term customer relationships with established accounts
- Coordinating strongly internally to ensure consistent way of working as perceived by the key account
- Managing trade receivables and delivery/invoicing claims
- Expanding sales, introducing new products/applications to clients and organizing visits to current and/or potential key accounts
- Submitting short and long-range customer relationship plans, assessing the future need of the client and preparing sales strategies utilizing available marketing programs to reach nominated targets
- Supporting the development of demand forecast in own area
- Attracting, developing, and motivate team of technicians and expert engineers
- Identifying need for resources according to customer needs and negotiating internally the allocation of these resources
Requirements
- Seasoned professional knowledge in sales
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or Chemistry Engineer
- Fluent in English
