- Establish best-in-class processes to evaluate and prioritize growth opportunities
- Ideate and develop business cases aligned with BU strategy
- Drive M&A input and strategic partnerships to expand market access
- Fill product development funnel and manage NPD process through pre-commercial planning
- Lead multiple development programs to enable growth and profitability
- Monitor market trends and define actionable gaps in offerings
- Collaborate with product line management and sales to ensure competitive advantage
- Support pricing strategies and portfolio management
- Develop and execute market development plans to increase penetration and share
- Use market intelligence to forecast opportunities and inform strategy
- Create targeted offerings for high-growth areas and clients
- Drive accelerated commercial launches and cross-selling initiatives
- Formulate and maintain comprehensive BU marketing plans
- Participate in external events to strengthen strategic client relationships
