• Support breakout sales growth and market share gain
• Participate in developing pricing, sales, and channel strategies
• Build, promote, and support a value-selling approach to expand margins
• Work with outside sales, applications engineering, system piloting, and marketing teams
• Attain or exceed annual bookings and revenue targets while controlling sales expenses within budget
• Develop and maintain a strategic sales plan with the VP of Sales
• Retain existing accounts and develop new capital customers
• Maintain personal contact with major customers and provide positive direction for major accounts and prospects
• Study and understand Kemco Systems products and features
• Present the full catalog of product offerings
• Seek potential customers, follow up on corporate leads, and qualify prospects
• Engage, train, and develop the sales and marketing team
• Survey plants for data, layouts, and other information needed for proposals, equipment, and preliminary flow schematics
• Present proposals, explain system benefits, and follow up on status
• Close proposed equipment sales and collect down payments and signed proposals/contracts
• Provide final design and utility details on order confirmation sheets
• Maintain ongoing contact with all accounts
• Submit weekly travel plans, detailed call reports with expense reports, and annual sales forecasts with territory market coverage plans
