About the role
- Ensuring continuous, safe and efficient operations across both sites
- Responsibility for plant operations including production output, product quality, costs and lead times
- Effectively allocating resources and monitoring operations
- Responsibility for profit and loss (P&L) and driving improved business results
- Developing a culture of employee engagement and implementing strategies for corporate alignments
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement
- Enhancing customer satisfaction and stabilizing plant delivery performance
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in a medium-sized international industrial organization
- Preferably experience in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, air filtration, mechanical components or similar industries
- Strong knowledge of safety, quality, productivity and inventory management processes
- Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and strong technical expertise
- Ability to work and lead effectively within an international matrix organization
- Solid knowledge of business, finance and management principles
- Results- and target-oriented experience in delivering annual revenue targets
- Strong affinity for Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence
- Ability to identify, manage and deliver larger projects
- Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of the Czech language is an advantage
