About the role

  • Oversee all warehouse operations and regularly communicate with customers and vendors.
  • Work directly with the regional operations manager to organize policies and procedures.
  • Be available and responsive to all shifts when needed, including for additional coverage.
  • Responsible for overall operations, including customer use, service, and contract KPIs.
  • Maintain and respond to warehouse metrics and meet customer scorecard objectives.
  • Lead strategic continuous improvement to ensure efficient run and profitable operations.
  • Assist in initial training with employees and maintain recurrent training as required.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and communicate any issues with HR as required.
  • Ensure training requirements are maintained and documented.
  • Conduct drug tests and maintain food safety standards.

Requirements

  • 5 years of Warehouse Management Experience preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple shifts/sites.
  • WMS and handheld scanner experience.
  • Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
