Operations

• Oversee all aspects of daily warehouse operations, including automated and manual co-pack lines.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and enforce compliance with safety and food-grade requirements.
• Lead a team of warehouse staff and maintain operational KPIs and productivity targets.
• Supervise personnel including scheduling, work assignments, performance management, training, and problem resolution.
• Lead daily shift huddles, communicate operational goals, performance updates, and safety topics.
• Monitor and maintain labor efficiency and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, food safety, and company safety policies.
• Manage inventory accuracy and support physical inventory counts.
• Train and mentor new employees on standard operating procedures, forklift certification, and safety best practices.
• Participate in facility audits and customer inspections.
