About the role
- Manage and oversee all warehouse operations
- Regularly communicate with customers and vendors
- Work directly with the regional operations manager
- Ensure adherence to warehouse policies and procedures
- Maintain and respond to warehouse metrics
- Lead strategic continuous improvement
- Conduct new employee onboarding and training
- Oversee daily labor requirements and scheduling
Requirements
- 2-3 years of warehouse manager experience
- WMS and handheld scanner experience
- 5 years of Warehouse Management Experience preferred
- Ability to supervise and train staff
- Must obtain Industrial Truck Certification
- Knowledge of inventory management practices
- Ability to stoop, push, pull, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
