About the role
- Provide administrative support to recruiters throughout the search process
- Conduct market research and candidate sourcing using various databases and platforms
- Assist with content creation for marketing materials, social media, and client communications
- Support basic marketing tasks and digital outreach initiatives
- Utilize AI tools and technology to enhance productivity and research capabilities
- Maintain and update candidate databases and internal documentation
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements
Requirements
- Strong interest in recruitment, human resources, or business operations
- Excellent computer literacy and comfort with learning new technologies
- Experience with or willingness to learn AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, automation tools)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- High standards of integrity and professionalism
