About the role

  • Define and lead the global clinical affairs strategy across the product portfolio.
  • Oversee clinical evidence planning for product development, market expansion, and lifecycle initiatives.
  • Guide clinical study strategy, execution oversight, and external partner governance.
  • Ensure clinical deliverables support regulatory submissions, product labeling, risk management, and post-market commitments.
  • Partner with executive leadership on portfolio prioritization, evidence investment, and capability building.
  • Lead and develop a distributed clinical affairs team while strengthening tools, processes, and governance.
  • Support inspection readiness, audit response, and ongoing compliance with applicable regulations and standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, clinical, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
  • Significant clinical affairs leadership experience in medical devices or another highly regulated product environment.
  • Deep knowledge of clinical evidence generation, clinical operations, regulatory submissions, and quality/compliance expectations.
  • Experience leading global, cross-functional teams and influencing executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success building scalable clinical organizations and improving operating rigor.
