About the role
- Develop and execute strategies for attracting high-value qualified investment leads
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of investment prospects from key sectors
- Generate high-value qualified leads through proactive outreach and cold calling
- Manage the initial lead generation process for new targets and existing clients
- Coordinate with the Investment Development team for qualified lead progression
- Identify and engage with relevant decision-makers in target markets
- Initiate and conduct introductory meetings with potential investors
- Organize and manage DMC meetings and in-market trips
- Develop team budgets, travel calendars, and operational requirements
- Build strategic relationships with multipliers to enhance investment referrals
- Identify business development opportunities and initiatives to improve sector ecosystems
- Conduct activities to raise Bahrain's profile as an investment destination
- Provide regular reporting and analytics on market activities
- Develop focused marketing and communications strategies for deal sourcing
- Conduct comprehensive investor due diligence and qualification
- Stay current with business trends and market developments
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of FDI work experience
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Proven ability to develop and manage client relationships
- Experience in business development and investment attraction
- Proficiency in English (written/spoken)
- Proficiency in Mandarin (written/spoken)
