About the role
- Create comprehensive candidate profiles and maintain accurate records in our database
- Support outreach initiatives to engage potential candidates through various channels
- Manage job postings across multiple platforms and ensure consistent branding
- Qualify candidates based on predetermined criteria and client specifications
- Provide administrative support to recruiters throughout the search process
- Coordinate scheduling, documentation, and correspondence with candidates and clients
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure data accuracy across all platforms
- Support recruiters with their daily tasks and any other ad hoc duties
- Interpret and compile reports on assessment results
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 1 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Agency or executive search experience strongly preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and MS Office Suite
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Quiet, private workspace at home with reliable internet connection
