Requirements
- Minimum 5 years recruitment experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage full recruitment lifecycle independently
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Self-starter mentality with business development capabilities
- Strong understanding of employment law and recruitment practices
- Excellent communication skills (fluency in English essential).
- Existing client base or business pipeline (Desirable)
- Specialization in high-demand sectors (Desirable)
- Experience with recruitment technology and CRM systems (Desirable)
- Previous experience running a business or managing P&L (Desirable)
- Established network within your business community (Desirable)
