About the role
- Analyze territory performance to identify opportunities that increase product rotation and category participation at the point of sale.
- Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews, managing trade volume, monitoring sales targets, and strengthening long-term customer relationships.
- Ensure flawless execution of the commercial plan at POS, including visibility, promotions, launches, and compliance with established execution standards.
- Work closely with internal teams and merchandiser agencies to align priorities, initiatives, and execution across retail environments.
- Provide ongoing feedback from POS on competition activity, out-of-stock situations, and market dynamics to support better decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed.
- +2 years of business experience within CPG companies (Field Sales experience desirable).
- Experience managing field sales activities and working with third-party merchandising teams.
- Strong knowledge of local market dynamics, Modern Trade, Proximity Channel, distributors, and key customers.
- Solid negotiation skills and strong operational discipline.
- Ability to visit customer locations including offices, distribution centers, and retail environments.
- English and Spanish proficiency (desirable).
