About the role
- Collaborate as a business partner with key stakeholders such as Manufacturing, Supply Planning, Logistics, Procurement and Engineering
- Execute accurate and timely monthly closing for COM and COGS
- Lead the annual budget process for COM/COGS and quarterly forecasting and manage performance against targets
- Prepare inventory budgets and analyze variances versus actuals
- Manage fixed assets at the plant, including acquisition, transfer, disposal, and depreciation monitoring
- Ensure compliance with SOX 404, internal audits, and external audit requirements
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in Finance or FP&A
- Business-level English proficiency (both written and spoken)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure and interpret data, and logically identify issues and solutions
