Content Marketing Manager

• Moderation von Live Sessions: Du planst, moderierst und analysierst interaktive Live Sessions mit unseren Nutzerinnen.
• Video-Editing: Du schneidest und bearbeitest Videos, um spannende und informative Inhalte für unsere Community zu erstellen.
• Content-Pflege und Management: Du bist für die regelmäßige Pflege und Aktualisierung unserer Inhalte im Content Management System verantwortlich und sorgst dafür, dass alles reibungslos läuft.
• Redaktionelle Arbeit und Texterstellung: Du verfasst in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Expertinnen ansprechende Artikel und Newsletter, die unsere Zielgruppe mit relevanten Informationen versorgen und inspirieren.
• Datenanalyse und Nutzerfeedback: Du analysierst Nutzerdaten und Auswertungen von Umfragen, um wertvolle Insights zu gewinnen und unsere Inhalte gezielt zu optimieren.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy for both B2C and B2B segments.
• Work together with our CEO to shape and elevate the keleya brand, helping us become the market leader in female health across the DACH region.
• Collaborate closely with our content team and external freelancers to create and curate content across all marketing channels.
• Manage and continuously optimize our website to improve SEO performance, user experience, and conversion.
• Oversee and steer all paid advertising channels, ensuring cost-effective customer acquisition and brand visibility.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for brand and business growth.
• Take full ownership of the marketing budget, maximizing ROI across all campaigns and channels.
• Implement and enhance marketing processes, tools, and workflows for greater efficiency and scalability.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic initiatives on a regular basis.
