About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Independently manage existing health insurance partnerships and develop them further through direct collaboration
  • Understand partners’ goals and needs, communicate them clearly within the company, and coordinate implementation with Product Growth, Marketing, and other internal teams
  • Coordinate initiatives to help more policyholders discover and use digital health services
  • Regularly analyze performance and usage data
  • Prepare reports and derive concrete initiatives to further develop the partnerships
  • Identify potential within existing partnerships
  • Develop initiatives together with partners to increase usage, reach among potential keleya users, and commercial success
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and implement joint projects in a structured and reliable manner
  • Contribute your own ideas and further develop the long-term integration of keleya into the care offerings of health insurance partners
  • Work closely with health insurance partners, Product Growth, Marketing, and the Chief Revenue Officer

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed degree, for example in Business Administration, Health Economics, Business Psychology, Public Health, or a comparable field, or equivalent vocational training
  • At least 2–3 years of professional experience
  • Experience in an environment such as a startup, scale-up, consulting firm, or comparable company
  • Ability to take on responsibility early, structure a range of topics, and develop solutions independently
  • Experience in B2B Partnership Management, Digital Health, healthcare, or working with health insurers is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent communication skills when working with professional and demanding stakeholders
  • Ability to build trusting, confident, and collaborative relationships on an equal footing
  • Highly structured and organized approach to work
  • Initiative, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Analytical thinking, with the ability to interpret KPIs and derive concrete recommendations for action
  • Alignment with our mission and an interest in Women’s Health, Digital Health, and the German healthcare system
  • Fluent German (C2)
  • Very good English (C1)
