• Function as the main technical liaison to communicate between the Customer and internal resources.
• Passionately drives new business growth both internally and externally in cooperation with the Customer, Sales, Business Development, and Engineering.
• Collaborates with Customer’s Engineers to build relationships, discover opportunities, aid, and recommend new applications for robust solutions.
• Communicates regularly between Customer, engineering, sales, business development, manufacturing, purchasing, and quality on current projects.
• Provides key information necessary for product design and product development to create optimized designs for the customer.
• Proactively seek new Business Opportunities within existing customer base, and potential customer base, qualifying callers as potential customers.
• Collaborates with Product Development to ensure that new development projects will meet future customer expectations.
• Identification of target markets/applications, to execute market penetration objectives, including product line refinement & enhancement.
• Provides necessary support documentation to the customer.
• Drives ideas for new or improved products and their applications.
• Utilizes influence, experience, personal contacts, and professional reputation to satisfy the customer and alert the team to new growth opportunities/competitive threats/needs for benchmarking.
• Communicates directly with customers and internal departments concerning field returns/warranty concerns/quality concerns.
