About the role

  • Propose topics and narratives aligned with a Founders-Led Growth model
  • Define content themes considering each founder's profile, voice, and positioning
  • Plan and execute content for: LinkedIn, Instagram, Blog, and rich assets (eBooks, guides, whitepapers)
  • Produce content optimized for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)
  • Structure copy designed to be easily understood by LLMs
  • Ensure alignment between content, positioning, and business objectives
  • Have autonomy to propose and test ideas
  • Validate strategic directions with the founders
  • Support, when necessary, the team's organization and prioritization
  • Generate leads through organic traffic, consistent posting, and cadence

Requirements

  • Excellent writing and the ability to structure complex ideas
  • Experience with B2B content marketing
  • Understanding of the funnel and demand generation through content
  • Practical knowledge of AEO and search/AI-oriented content
  • Organization and discipline to maintain a publishing routine
  • Experience with Founders-Led Growth (a plus)
  • Experience in B2B SaaS and enterprise sales (a plus)
  • Knowledge of Inbound workflows (a plus)
  • Experience with HubSpot (a plus)
