QA Engineer

• Automate test cases using automation tooling (PyTest, Cypress, etc.)
• Maintain and improve the test automation suite (frameworks, tools, tests, etc.)
• Work with customers and business owners to ensure a clear, shared understanding of requirements and document acceptance criteria
• Work within a defined delivery process to design and develop high-quality test suites
• Perform exploratory, performance, functional, regression, and user interface testing
• Carry out security testing where necessary
• Ensure all required test documentation is accurate and up to date
• Identify and implement improvements to the testing process
• Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve defects
• Understand and apply Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) methodology
• Experience working in a cloud environment, preferably Azure

Business Intelligence Developer

• Design, build, and optimize data pipelines and ingestion processes (Python, SQL, BigQuery).
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and semantic models in Looker (or equivalent BI tools such as Power BI / Tableau).
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions.
• Support the migration process from legacy BI systems to BigQuery + Looker.
• Consolidate reporting estate to streamline dashboards and reduce redundancy.
• Collaborate with distributed teams and use Git for version control.
