About the role

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for complex, high-volume, and/or specialized roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for critical and future hiring needs
  • Provide market intelligence, compensation insights, and hiring recommendations to Senior Leadership and HR Director
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, company policies, and diversity hiring initiatives
  • Track recruiting metrics, analyze hiring data, and recommend process improvements to enhance recruiting efficiency and effectiveness
  • Mentor junior recruiters and coordinators, providing guidance on sourcing strategies, interviewing techniques, and candidate management
  • Support employer branding initiatives and represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and industry functions
  • Partner with HR and Senior Leadership on workforce planning and strategic hiring initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5–10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting in a specialized industry (e.g., technology, healthcare, government contracting, security, finance)
  • Strong interviewing, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies
  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance requirements
  • Experience mentoring junior recruiting staff
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or similar)
  • Experience with data analytics and recruiting metrics reporting
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and decision-making skills
  • Creative recruitment and retention strategies.
