• Manage retirement and 401(k) plans, service existing accounts, and ensure ongoing compliance and client satisfaction.
• Organize and deliver educational sessions to help participants understand their retirement options.
• Facilitate the enrollment process for new participants while providing clear explanations.
• Meet annually with clients to review their financial situation and provide tailored recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with advisors and clients.

• Prepare financial plans and client meeting materials
• Engage directly with clients during data gathering and plan presentations
• Ensure casework is completed efficiently after meetings
• Participate in casework completion for clients, meeting deadlines, and keeping the team informed of progress
• Send client meeting recap emails
• Attend financial planning-related client meetings alongside advisors
• Gather client financial data and input it into planning software
• Run financial plan stress tests and create corresponding documents
• Create meeting prep documents such as client review agendas, financial plan summaries, and structured note spreadsheets
