Exterior Account Coordinator – Vendor Management, Client Support

Sales Development Rep

• Build relationships, while sourcing new sales opportunities to build a pipeline, explore client needs and requirements through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails.
• Continually research accounts, identify key players, and build an understanding of the market in your assigned territory.
• Qualify prospects then route them to the appropriate Sales Executives for further development and closure, while working closely to move along qualified pipeline through the sales cycle.
• Work with Sales Executives on sales proposals and prospect presentations, coordinating with other supporting teams including Pricing, RFP support, and Strategic Account Management.
• Meet weekly metrics to grow revenue in an assigned territory, including outbound calls, virtual meetings, and email outreach.

Sales Development Representative

Customer Support

• Responsible for ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality customer service through oversight of quality assurance, issue resolution, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• This role serves as a senior point of escalation for complex customer issues, monitors adherence to service standards and SLAs, and partners closely with leadership, training, account managers, and operations to improve customer outcomes and reduce repeat escalations.
• Plays a critical role in safeguarding the customer’s experience by identifying systemic issues, driving corrective actions, and ensuring accountability across teams.
• Partners closely with Customer Experience leadership to develop dashboards, recurring reports, and ad hoc analyses that measure performance against service level agreements (SLAs), identify trends, and drive enhancements to the overall customer experience.

Data Assurance Lead – Customer Service

• Lead remote and in-person training for field teams using train-the-trainer methodology.
• Lead initial robot deployments including mapping, performance optimization, and validation (will train)
• Provide on-site support during deployments and early-stage operations.
• Serve as the Robotics Subject Matter Expert (SME), offering expertise across deployment, operation, and troubleshooting
• Monitor robot performance and report observations promptly.
• Document metrics and support preparation of recap reports for leadership.
• Troubleshoot technical or operational issues.
• Work closely with the Robotics Implementation Director to share field insights and ensure any technical issues or anomalies are addressed promptly.

• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and provide deployment updates.

• Assist customer service call team members daily in responding to customer and vendor inquiries.
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to effectively address customer inquiries, comments, or complaints.
• Assess and respond accurately and efficiently to inquiries and escalations meeting departmental goals; properly triage requests based on urgency of issues.
• Maintain detailed records of written and verbal communication.
• Provide detailed and accurate information for quarterly business reviews, executives, and customers.
