About the role

  • Serve as Capture Executive for KBR’s largest, most strategic pursuits
  • Own and lead the end-to-end capture lifecycle across multiple simultaneous pursuits
  • Translate enterprise and BU growth strategies into actionable capture plans
  • Lead development and execution of a robust, multi-year pipeline
  • Drive disciplined opportunity qualification and win-ability assessments
  • Develop and execute comprehensive capture plans
  • Brief capture status, risks, and recommendations to senior KBR leadership
  • Mentor and develop capture managers and growth professionals across the organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience); advanced degree strongly preferred
  • 20+ years of experience across capture management, business development, operations, or strategy roles within government services
  • Demonstrated success winning large, prime, single-award contracts valued at $200M+
  • Proven leadership of enterprise-scale pipelines ($500M–$1B+)
  • Deep understanding of Federal Civilian agencies
  • Experience operating within a mature, industry-leading capture organization
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with senior government officials, industry executives, and internal leadership
