About the role
- Overseeing the human resources duties and managing the daily operations of the contract
- Ensuring that Government worldwide assignment requests are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Execution of all work assignment logistics and travel to meet assignments
- Ensuring efficient and effective operational procedures for successful contract execution
Requirements
- At least five years of experience managing program operations for an international, geographically dispersed program environment
- At least five years of experience with human resource management and assignment tracking
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in business administration, project management or similar
- Master's degree in mental health field with an independent clinical licensure preferred (desired)
- At least two years’ experience managing SLAs under an incentive-based contract (desired)
- At least two years’ experience supporting military organizations (desired)
