Mentor junior and senior team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

Requirements

BA / BS in Engineering, Science or related field
10+ years of overall experience and 5+ years of experience in program/project management.
Clearance: Minimum Secret with the ability to quickly obtain TS, SCI, SAP.
Experience in designing and developing complex systems of systems and enterprise architectures.
Proven track record in managing and delivering complex projects with approximately 5+ years of experience in program/project management.
Experience should include managing complex software development projects.
Demonstrated leadership skills in a collaborative environment
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to work effectively within all organizational levels, including senior DoD leadership.
Previous experience in the defense sector or with DoD projects.
Proven ability to recommend, embrace and implement change in a fast-paced, high-performing, hand-picked organization.
