About the role

  • Provide engineering support in integration and testing of EW systems
  • Derive requirements for EW systems to meet mission needs
  • Validate and verify vendor products upon delivery of systems
  • Complete in-depth technical assessments, analysis, and evaluations for EW system
  • Analyze and assess system performance
  • Generate official reports that contains the structure of the test events, the rationale on the structure of the test events, detailed analysis, conclusions, and suggested approaches for future development
  • Perform Requirement analysis / management for Electronic Warfare system

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other related field
  • 10 years of engineering Test background/experience
  • General electrical education/knowledge in avionics
  • EW and/or software experience and willing to learn
  • Hands-on laboratory/field experience
  • Familiar with DOD acquisition process
  • Must have a DoD SECRET security clearance
  • Master’s Degree in Engineering or related area (preferred)
  • Knowledge of EW M&S systems and techniques (preferred)
  • Design knowledge of EW hardware and software (preferred)
  • Experience with standard software pertaining to EW and/or aircraft platforms (i.e. C++ and MATLAB) (preferred)
