About the role
- Provide engineering support in integration and testing of EW systems
- Derive requirements for EW systems to meet mission needs
- Validate and verify vendor products upon delivery of systems
- Complete in-depth technical assessments, analysis, and evaluations for EW system
- Analyze and assess system performance
- Generate official reports that contains the structure of the test events, the rationale on the structure of the test events, detailed analysis, conclusions, and suggested approaches for future development
- Perform Requirement analysis / management for Electronic Warfare system
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other related field
- 10 years of engineering Test background/experience
- General electrical education/knowledge in avionics
- EW and/or software experience and willing to learn
- Hands-on laboratory/field experience
- Familiar with DOD acquisition process
- Must have a DoD SECRET security clearance
- Master’s Degree in Engineering or related area (preferred)
- Knowledge of EW M&S systems and techniques (preferred)
- Design knowledge of EW hardware and software (preferred)
- Experience with standard software pertaining to EW and/or aircraft platforms (i.e. C++ and MATLAB) (preferred)
