About the role

  • Support the development of strategic and FEDSIM pursuits as a strategist and content contributor
  • Contribute to multi-layer strategies to target new business
  • Develop content including Basis of Estimates, Staffing Plans, Technical and Management
  • Write and prepare pursuit support artifacts including white papers, presentations, and marketing collateral
  • Collaborate with Capture and Solutioning team members to understand client desires
  • Provide clear, compelling, and compliant written responses
  • Assess written content for integration and consistency
  • Manage the development of high-quality and impactful graphics
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 12 years of related experience
  • Experience with FEDSIM pursuits and large opportunities (>$200M)
  • Strong work ethic
  • Willingness to work overtime on short notice
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills
  • Superior organization and follow-through skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and analytical ability
  • Excellent business acumen skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to lead and work as a team member or project leader
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and familiarity with SharePoint
