Draft compelling proposal narratives from interviews with SMEs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and synthesize information from various sources
Interview Program Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and Solution Architects to draft technical proposal content
Attend capture, solution, and proposal meetings to ensure complete understanding of opportunity
Deliver compelling and compliant content under tight deadlines

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a technical field
10+ years professional work experience
Strong writing and communication skills
Technical background and/or proficient understanding in a technical field such as data analytics, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, engineering, technical operations, human performance/medical, or supply chain and sustainment
Experience writing narratives for Fed Civ IT/Cybersecurity/ Engineering/Operations solutions and pursuits
Experience with Fed Civ agencies
