About the role
- Collaborate with the GM Revenue to develop and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for expanding our agency business in the US.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key leaders in the agency, programmatic, and mobile advertising markets in the US.
- Acquire new customers by leveraging your existing network and systematically growing your network in alignment with our GTM strategy and target buyer profile.
- Actively engage with customers, partners, and other market participants to identify and propose new revenue growth opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and proactively suggest product expansion ideas to the product teams to enhance customer value.
- Continuously identify potential sales and marketing bottlenecks and implement relevant improvements.
Requirements
- Proven business leadership in digital advertising sales either vendor or agency-side. This is a quota carrying role.
- Previous experience in driving business and revenue growth with US clients is a big bonus.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a structured problem-solving approach and a focus on KPIs.
- Strong communication and people-oriented, both internally and externally.
- Excellent work ethic, results-driven, persuasive, and highly proactive.
- Good business acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Flexible to travel both domestically and internationally, specifically London and New York
