• Collaborate with the GM Revenue to develop and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for expanding our agency business in the US.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key leaders in the agency, programmatic, and mobile advertising markets in the US.
• Acquire new customers by leveraging your existing network and systematically growing your network in alignment with our GTM strategy and target buyer profile.
• Actively engage with customers, partners, and other market participants to identify and propose new revenue growth opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and proactively suggest product expansion ideas to the product teams to enhance customer value.
• Continuously identify potential sales and marketing bottlenecks and implement relevant improvements.

• Create innovative solutions for handling peta-bytes of data with billions of rows & joins
• Program and maintain our data pipelines that fuels our on-premise/cloud data warehouse used to generate and serve our models
• Maintain and improve our fleet of data servers (the software), making sure they are reliable and able to process our billions of logs and data points
• Develop and productionize data pipelines for our ML models in both bare-metal and the cloud environment
• Make suggestions and lead projects to improve our data processing capabilities
• Contribute to the team enabling us to be always better

• Oversee and own execution of comprehensive campaign strategies, combining deep understanding of the advertiser goals and strong data analysis
• Make timely, data-informed decisions in a fast-paced environment, utilizing educated assumptions to optimize campaign performance and seize growth opportunities.
• Foster a feedback-driven culture between Trading and Product team, identifying improvements to enhance campaign success and contributing to the product roadmap and ad hoc solutions.
• Set and communicate clear goals, motivating and supporting the Trading team to achieve KPIs.
• Support career-pathing and maintain strong performance of a growing Trading team.
• Be the leader in the best practices of using the Kayzen DSP and offer insights on how to improve campaign effectiveness through the platform’s functionalities. (e.g. A/B testing, Optimisation Techniques, and other new approaches)
• Collaborate closely with the CSM team to develop onboarding plans for managed customers and align on strategy for seamless campaign execution.
