About the role
- Take ownership of the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent, while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience at every stage.
- Act as a strategic partner to the People & Culture Lead, the People team, and hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with company goals and culture.
- Leverage Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools to proactively identify and engage high-quality candidates.
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience through clear, timely communication and smooth coordination.
- Track and report key metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness) to optimize hiring performance and support business goals.
- Drive initiatives to strengthen our employer brand, streamline hiring processes, and enable interviewers through training and best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in fast-paced tech environments.
- Experience recruiting in India, especially for tech roles, is a big plus
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- A strategic and agile mindset with the ability to prioritize and adapt quickly.
- A team player with a collaborative approach to challenges.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and storytelling skills.
- Ownership, agility, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in ad-tech space is a plus
