About the role
- Conduct market research and gather quantitative and qualitative feedback to represent customer needs to our Commercial, Product and Engineering teams.
- Identify and document buyer personas, pain points and use cases; recommend new features and enhancements that address pain points or solve key use cases.
- Develop our product narrative and messaging to explain K4B’s value in the corporate travel market, tailored to different customer personas
- Lead go-to-market strategy for new features and product offerings; coordinate with teams across the company to put together positioning, communications, and sales and training collateral.
- Partner with Brand Marketing, Sales and Communications on external positioning and product-focused campaigns.
- Support external marketing efforts including our public website, blog posts, and events.
- Create and maintain sales enablement materials including decks, battlecards, case studies, and demos.
Requirements
- Specific experience in developing clear product positioning and go-to-market strategies for B2B SaaS products.
- Proven ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Collaboration with team members from all levels of the business, across time zones. Looking for specific experience working with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Commercial team members in a cross-functional manner.
- Personal experience as a traveler, offering firsthand insight into user challenges during trip planning and online booking.
- BS degree or equivalent experience required, background in Marketing, Business or Communications strongly preferred. MBA or similar experience is a plus.
- Experience in the travel and hospitality industry is strongly preferred, but not required.
