About the role

  • You review the current workflow processes in our operational customer service and analyze them using real use cases
  • You compare target (desired) and actual states using concrete case examples to support our development efforts
  • You take on project and process documentation of technical procedures and prepare content in a structured, audience-appropriate way
  • You perform technical review of internal bug reports, classify them, forward them to our tech colleagues as appropriate, and monitor their resolution
  • You create presentations for strategic meetings, internal alignments and recurring departmental meetings
  • You support the creation and formulation of our OKRs
  • You work closely with many other departments, such as Tech & Product, Marketplace Support, Logistics, Finance and Legal

Requirements

  • You have a degree with a business/economics focus or a comparable qualification
  • You possess strong technical understanding and a business-oriented mindset
  • You have a structured way of working and can document and communicate your findings clearly
  • You have a sense for clear, impactful visualization
  • You have excellent German (min. C1) and excellent English (min. C1) skills to communicate confidently, for example with our tech colleagues
