Job Level

About the role

  • You contribute significantly to making our online marketplace more customer-friendly and efficient through new projects, processes and the introduction of tools. The focus is on automation, particularly using AI tools.
  • You evaluate company-wide developments and new tech features for their relevance to customer service, ensure the implementation of customer service requirements in development when necessary, and oversee the operationalization within the customer service team.
  • You analyze the current state of existing processes, using available customer inquiries among other sources, and identify optimization potential through data and process analyses.
  • Based on these insights, you derive appropriate measures, present them and take full responsibility for their implementation. You always keep economic considerations in mind.
  • You work closely with many other departments, such as Tech & Product, Marketplace Support, Logistics, Finance and Legal.

Requirements

  • You have completed a degree with an economic focus (e.g. Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics) or have an equivalent qualification.
  • You have initial practical experience in project management or business development, ideally in e-commerce or customer service.
  • You are comfortable in a highly agile working environment with frequent change and proactively drive that change.
  • You work independently and are able to prioritize; your pragmatic approach allows you to advance multiple initiatives in parallel.
  • You are tech- and data-savvy and ideally already have experience using AI tools and transforming business processes toward AI-assisted solutions.
  • You have very good analytical and conceptual skills.
  • You communicate clearly, represent the perspectives of customer service and engage with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • You have very good English skills (at least C1) and are comfortable using English regularly in your daily work.
  • Challenges motivate you. You are able to understand complex processes and independently develop solutions.
