About the role
- Serve as the lead relationship manager for assigned accounts
- Manage ongoing customer relationships ensuring consistent communication
- Identify and grow new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Partner closely with estimators and project managers to review scopes
- Coordinate all project details between Customers & Contractors
- Provide technical support and act as a subject matter expert
- Lead and participate in lunch and learn sessions and presentations
- Keep the CRM system fully updated with customer interactions
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial roofing, construction sales, or account management experience
- Proven ability to manage enterprise and general contractor relationships
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems, sheet metal, and service operations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-starter with strong organization and follow-through
- Proficient in CRM tools
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region
