• Responsible for driving production and service division revenue through proactive sales efforts.
• Bridge the gap between estimators, sales team, surveyors, customers, service technicians, project managers, and company leadership.
• Generate leads, build long-term customer relationships, and expand the service portfolio with building owners, property managers, contractors, and facility teams.
• Conduct site visits, roof inspections, and assessments to identify service needs and create solution-based proposals.
• Prepare and present service agreements, repair scopes, maintenance programs, and budgetary planning recommendations.
• Create and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools; track follow-ups, proposals, and closing ratios.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic customers throughout the service lifecycle.
