About the role

  • Ensure IT security and data protection
  • Install, configure, administer and monitor our IT systems, servers and networks
  • Provide 1st/2nd level support to users, including fault analysis and resolution, and assistance with technical queries
  • Contribute to the further development of organization-wide IT processes and support the implementation of IT projects
  • Liaise with external IT partners and service providers
  • Manage and maintain user accounts and permissions
  • Manage backup, storage and security solutions, and coordinate and perform updates and backups
  • Document IT processes

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in IT (e.g. IT specialist for system integration, IT systems electronics technician, IT business administrator, or application support specialist) or equivalent knowledge — career changers with an IT affinity are welcome
  • Experience administering servers, networks, or cloud services is an advantage but not required
  • Interest in IT security, backup and storage solutions
  • Team spirit and strong communication skills, as well as an independent and structured working style
  • A user-focused mindset rounds off your profile
