About the role
- Achieve 100% of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans
- Regularly visit customers and potential customers in the assigned territory
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Kate Farms products and services
- Manage existing customers and acquire new customers in various settings
- Plan and develop the market for existing and new products
- Drive demand for products by partnering with healthcare providers
- Provide ongoing technical training and support to customers
- Attend team sales meetings, training meetings, and other required events
- Analyze and report market feedback to management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Sales, or Marketing
- Minimum of 5 years of recent sales or equivalent related work experience
- Registered Dietitian preferred
- Proficient in business software including MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Must have a vehicle maintained in good working order with valid insurance
- Strong commitment to company mission and values
