• You support our marketing strategies, research current social media trends, and write posts for our social channels, as well as ideas for our influencer activities on TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• You actively contribute to our sales projects and play a key role in efficient lead generation.
• Your varied responsibilities include scheduling appointments with prospective customers, maintaining our CRM databases, and preparing contracts.
• You support the development and optimization of our internal sales processes and structures.

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Monitoring of the financial overview (P&L, cash, open items)
• Cash flow management, revenue and cost control, preparation of budget and forecast cycles
• Optimization of controlling (KPIs, planned vs. actual, unit economics)
• Maintenance of dashboards and reporting structures (e.g., Google Sheets / BI tools)
