About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You contact pre-qualified leads who have already signed up via our website, social media or campaigns.
You conduct short, friendly initial phone calls.
You schedule appointments.
You keep all contacts, call notes and appointment statuses accurately maintained in our CRM system.
You work closely with our sales team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are communicative, outgoing and not afraid to proactively call people.
You enjoy talking on the phone and can present yourself in a friendly, clear and persuasive manner.
You are reliable, organized and work carefully.
You are a good listener and can quickly determine whether a prospect genuinely has a need.
Previous experience in sales, a call center, customer service or as a setter is an advantage but not required.
You have very good German language skills.
