Support and further development of currently seven central applications (e.g., DocuSign, Auditor Plus, CM Pro and other tools related to documentation, compliance and workflow)
Capture and analyze requirements and support their implementation (business units → IT/provider/vendor)
Manage changes (including coordination, communication and tracking)
Contribute to integration projects, corporate mergers and migration decisions (sub-project leadership)
Introduce new tools, deliver training and support users (change management)
Technical topics within the role: service monitoring, certificate management, mobile access solutions, SQL integrations

Requirements

IT vocational training (e.g., IT specialist) or a degree with an IT background
3+ years of experience in an IT environment (e.g., IT administrator, system engineer, application support/application management)
Administrative-level IT knowledge (client-server, Windows Server, SQL, support processes)
Structured, analytical working style and eagerness for further development
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
Very good German skills and good English skills
